Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you full command over your email mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect mails from one electronic mail account to another, activate mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just specify the e-mail account you would like to forward e-mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
